Wanwei PVA 26-99(L) & PVA 100-86
Description
Overview
The appearance of PVA is white flake, granular or powdery solid (low-alkali alcoholysis process) or white flocculent solid (high-alkali alcoholysis process). It is a kind of water-soluble polymer with wide application, and its performance is between plastic and rubber. It has unique strong adhesion, film flexibility, oil resistance, surface activity, gas barrier, wear resistance and so on.

Product Application
Water-soluble Fiber
Polyvinyl alcohol gives the fiber a precise water-soluble temperature through molecular structure design (DP and alcoholysis degree regulation), and serves as a green substrate to support high-strength and degradable properties.
High-strength and High-modulus PVA Fiber
Polyvinyl alcohol has laid the technical foundation for high-strength and high-modulus PVA fibers through three core mechanisms: molecular chain orientation control, interface affinity design, and environmentally friendly degradability.
Vinylon
Vinylon fiber is made by acetalizing polyvinyl alcohol, which has high moisture absorption and comfort.
Flame Retardant
Polyvinyl alcohol plays a dual role in the flame-retardant field: it is a flammable substrate that needs to be modified to improve its flame retardancy, and it can also be used as a flame retardant additive to enhance the fire resistance of other materials.
Packages
25 kg/bag.
Storage
Avoid generation or accumulation of dusts. Take precautionary measures against static discharges, earth/ground all equipment. Avoid contact with heated or molten product. Do not breathe dust, fumes or vapors from heated product. Use local exhaust ventilation in processing area. Take precautionary measures against direct sunlight and rain drenching during transport. Keep transportation vehicle clean. Avoid packaging destruction and keep away from impurity.
