Product Application
Coating
Polyvinyl alcohol has become a "performance bridge" in the coating system through the four mechanisms of film-forming reinforcement, interface bonding, construction optimization and functional modification. Its core value lies in the balance of rigidity and flexibility (improving the crack resistance and adhesion of the coating), water-air regulation (considering both waterproof and breathable requirements), and environmental protection and economy (non-toxic, biodegradable, and reducing the amount of emulsion). The selection needs to be combined with the application scenario.
Water-soluble Film
Polyvinyl alcohol is used to produce water-soluble films, which dissolve in water and are environmentally friendly.
High-density Sizing Material
Polyvinyl alcohol plays a core role in high-density sizing materials and has the characteristics of enhancing yarn strength and wear resistance, optimizing the balance between sizing liquid penetration and coating, stabilizing the process and reducing environmental dependence.
Papermaking
In the papermaking industry, polyvinyl alcohol has become a multifunctional additive for improving paper performance through the three-in-one mechanism of "fiber reinforcement-surface film formation-adhesion optimization". Its core value lies in its balance of strength, water resistance and printability, and it is safe, non-toxic and biodegradable.
Package
25 kg/bag.
Storage
Store in a dry, well-ventilated room at room temperature 5-30℃. Do not approach heat sources, prevent humidity, avoid sun exposure. It is forbidden to store together with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption deterioration.
